I had a fantastic stay with great value for my money! The room was clean and comfy, and the location was ideal—everything I needed was just around the corner. The staff were super friendly and really efficient, especially during breakfast service.

We had a such wonderful time in this brand-new hotel in Johor Bahru. The rooms were spotlessly clean and bright with bath tub, everything was good. The service was friendly, including a smooth check-in. The location of the property was incredible and stunning, on the window bay area. Moreover, it's adjacent to midvally southkey mall, Johor Bahru and the cafe.

the hotel's cleanliness and comfort made my time there enjoyable. the facilities, especially the gym and swimming pool, were fantastic. the buffet breakfast offered a wonderful variety, and the friendly hotel staff made me feel welcomed. plus, having their own security added an extra layer of safety. being right next to the mall was just perfect for my shopping trips and quick breaks back to my room.

It’s connected to a massive shopping mall, which is super convenient for grabbing anything you need. Plus, the location is prime—so close to the checkpoint. The breakfast spread was good and gave me a nice start to each day. I also loved how clean the rooms and lobby were;

On the flip side, there were a few things that could be improved. The lifts were a bit slow during peak hours, and waiting around was a little frustrating. I noticed some cleanliness issues during breakfast—like unclean table mats and a lack of utensils at my table. A few improvements here and there would make this place even better!

Convenient Location

We stayed for 2 days and had a great time. The location was awesome, super close to a large mall and tons of restaurants. There were lots of things to do and explore nearby like mid valley. 🏙️

The staff here were on-the-ball and really took care of us, the rooms were clean, bright and cozy, and had all the amenities we needed, like a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

Convenient location, just steps away from a modern mall which is great for shopping, and also close to the city center and other attractions. The room was tidy, and the Wi-Fi was speedy. The staff here were really helpful. 👍

My partner and I had a lovely romantic getaway in this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised to find delicious cakes in the fridge and romantic towel decorations on the bed for our anniversary celebration. the hotel's location was perfect for us as it was located within a mall, making it easy to access facilities like restaurants and shops without leaving the establishment. We also appreciated the environmentally-friendly approach of providing water dispensers on each level and the quality of the complimentary soap and shampoo.

The hotel's swimming pool was quite small, which was disappointing. the breakfast options were limited, so we would opt for a room without breakfast if we visit again.

We loved the convenient location near multiple malls and easy access to cafes. The hotel staff was friendly and breakfast options were great.
